Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Transition Test Manager
responsible for overseeing IT service transition testing aligned
with the ITIL framework.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, test design, and development of test
procedures
Coordinate testing efforts with stakeholders, including test users
and subject matter experts
Manage complex, multi-tower testing activities and enhance overall
transition testing capabilities
Required Qualifications
Experience in leading testing activities and coordinating teams
Project management expertise with familiarity in Agile and
Waterfall methodologies
Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Ongoing
Reliability Testing (ORT)
Knowledge of ITIL principles, specifically in Service Introduction
and Service Transition
Ability to manage the testing process in alignment with project
goals and timelines
