Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Experienced Personal Injury Bilingual Case Manager to handle pre-litigation personal injury cases remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client cases from inception to settlement, ensuring organized file maintenance
Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters
Coordinate medical treatments and track deadlines for case progress

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish
3+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent education
Proficient in standard productivity software
Some litigation experience is a plus
